This a large improvement on what I heard on Steam, nice job and keep up the good work.

Oh and, do you think it's possible to use a "Fire" sound from a movie or something?

The Patriot for example, or Zulu/Zulu Dawn.

Movies from the 18th/19th Centuries in general, I know they're not much but still.

Good job pity that we developed a same mod each of our side. If you use my mod, thank you mention me in the credits

The .OGG sound file has to be in 44khz, 499kbs stereo, otherwise it will have distortions ingame.

The default values some program use are 450... it has to be manualy changed to exactly 499.

My mod has been aproved and is now on MODDB.COM

Thank you for your help. However I still can not. My basic format Sample Rate and HZ I did the conversion thus KGZ 44000, but gives her nothing. Sorry, I'm a graphic designer, not sound engineer

I am not a sound engineer either... I just saw the original files and used the same formats.

I use Sony vegas to convert the sounds i make.

Anyone know why bagpipes and drummer sounds don't work in-game? I tried uninstall (remove all profile files) and re-install, but no luck. They just make walking sounds.

I am starting to suspect I have the standard edition, although my lovely lady (who bought it as a present) said it was the Deluxe version. I am not sure how to tell.

For the version of the game, normally it is marked on the bottom left of the main screen. To the sound of drums, verified the game cache or reinstalled the game.

do you have a physical or digital copy?

If it is physical, make sure your game is updated as that was a bug that got patched recently. It has nothing to do with deluxe or standard edition

Some how I had paused steam updates and did not notice ... stupid me. Sadly I did not realize until I deleted everything and re-downloaded it. Thanks.
