You live in Noo Yawk don't you? It's interesting that my son has adopted some American pronunciation. I say Nyoos for News and my son says Noos like an American. Not only did they get all the buildings in Brisbane they got all the buildings on the Gold Coast along with its ocean beaches and that's all 50 miles away. Brisbane has a bay (Moreton Bay) and no surf beaches as we have large sand islands off our coast here. The sand islands have the surf... and great white sharks, so I won't swim there.
