In Czech Cossacks 2 Napoleonic Wars as a novelty cost €45. (It depends on the exchange rate of the Euro for the Czech crown). I think that the price will be similar to the Cossacks 3. Maybe little bit less or more who knows. :)

Previous Cossack games that i bought retail versions of cost around £24.99 - £29.99 at release. Although that was back when PC games where nice and cheap in the UK. I'm happy to support these devs though, Cossacks is one of my all time favourite game series. Just waiting for it to arrive on Steam for pre-order now.

I am expecting a solid 19.99$ or £17.99 as the base price. After all they are not releasing all the content on the first release.

I'd be surprised and happy if it were that cheap for the UK. I mean it's not an AAA title so obviously won't cost me the £45.99 i paid for Metal Gear Solid 5 or the standard £34.99 but £17.99 would be quite cheap and i'd be happy to take that.

That said it will depend on their places for the DLC of course.

The thing is that they do not have enough content based on what I have seen to make it too expensive. I mean the game doesn't even have any relevant propaganda so we can expect a very small release.

I agree with you, i fully expect it to be much cheaper than a triple A title. Although i was thinking around £24.99 which i paid for the original Cossack games at release. Either way i am happy to support them.

I think it is too early to advertising campaign.

Whatever the price is, I'm sure it will be reasonable.

Too early??? Compare to which games? Because most games if they are releasing in 3 month they have already ran advertisements campaign relative to their funding. GSC is not a big company like EA that can release a game without advertising it as a surprise but even such big companies do not take the risk or releasing a game without proper advertisement time before the actually release so that the people are exited for preorder. Indie games advertise even way before big companies start advertising mostly because they need to make sure that lots of people know about the game by the time its released. For instance Uberent is a company about the size of GSC right now they also released an RTS game and they started advertisement of the game like 6 month before release.

Perhaps Ubisoft make advertising campaign for game for a year and a half ahead and then there's a year and a half boring waiting. Although there's something new about the game or a new image or video. And in fact, I have not finished what they just published and after 2 months it is announced next part of the game...
If will be there advertising campaign at least 2 months before the release of games. Is fine.

Okay, let's hope there is one at least a week before pre-order.
