This is my battle against Legius.
I played as Egypt and was defeated. It is very hard to play for Egypt in this battle : )))

Anyway it was a good battle and I enjoyed it very much.

How to play with other players so? I play on Steam!

 

Hello

When you sign into steam C2 BFE you will get a number ID.

You get it every-time you sign in to play.

Go to internet game, and create an account using that number.

The game will remember it, and even though it says internet game not possible, it will work.

Sometime I play online too. The problem is that when I play, even in single player, my game freeze very 5 second ca, even if I modified the log file with "read only", so online battles are quite hard for me. Even harder if, in every skirmish match, I must face cavalry spammer players, and I find myself against plenty of regiments all in the same position, which is also quite ugly to see.

 

That's why I prefer Historical battles. There are given troops and it depends on your skills how to manage them.

About freezing the game I don't know. I'll leave this question to more skilled modders and programmers : )

I was wondering, are there any mods for Cossacks 2 BFE? I would be glad to try something different in the game. I saw the great mod for American Conquest, Napoleonica, and I was wondering if it exists something similar for BFE, to add more factions and unit, have bigger formation, more choises on the cannons, and also allow infantry to shoot without the command by line.

 

I've never heard of that. BFE was last game they created. There are some mods (ex: iron man ) that changes BFE for a little.

I never tried iron man mod, is it good? It can sound heretical, but I would like to mod the fire by rank system of C2, making it automatic I've always found the shooting nice, but hateful in some ways for the stress, and for the fact that with a single volley you can destroy even two enemy units.
