Guns are specially overpowered for more spectacular video. The same thing with reloading time.
so nobody is going to point out about the cheap cannons explosion animation that are still unchanged??! After they said they'll work on that?...sorry to be that guy, but maybe im the only one thats not impressed.
I do not have any problem with the cannon explosions animations. With the exception of the smoke, and the power of the cannons.
they work to release game not fix some smoke cuz 1 person dont like it ... after release you will get your smoke patrch most likely
Just stating my preference. Not demanding any changes?
Feedback is what this thread is about.
Cool, we have new video, but what about a gameplay video?
Experience says that you cannot belive 100% pre-made videos, only gameplay videos.
In fact, we haven't seen anything new when compare to the previous video. 2 armies, cannons, small battle.
What about naval battle? Gameplay? Campaign? Civil part? Formation system?
For me, new video is just the same like previous one - nothing special to hype.
But that's just my personal opinion, you don't have to agree
I came back from the funeral father in law and i see new video and information about beta.
Bit thx for positive information.
Video is beautiful i love remake C1.
you will most likely see good gameplay video during beta from devs cuz players will be restricted by NDA
Beta in one week? I'll believe it when I see it.
How many people will get access to the beta ?
Beta ? what beta ? Was there a beta in planning? I forgot about it, must have been a while ago...
There isn't a reload animation simply for gameplay reason. I couldn't find where it was said, but as I remember, reloading was impractical with the dynamic gameplay of Cossacks 3 so instead they put a timer. Even if your unit walk it will be able to shoot. I think they also said it was moddable.
Beta is real bro beta is real
good news everyone, more waiting!
It's nice to have a rough estimate though, much better than nothing.
And a nice little demonstration video to go along with the information.
Or are we going to wait for another Two weeks ™? I mean we waited 2 months for just to get the beta started... Or probably the beta announcement in late April was a bit rushed? We will never know because of lack of information anyway...
The video is nice, although following the very well known pattern...
And reloading is impractical Just give those Prussians some machine guns, they are encircled by enemies, they deserve it!
A very significant point is that C3 will have a new game engine and vastly expanded modding possibilities. So, although the vanilla game is largely a remake, the modding possibilities will allow fans to take the game into new territory. There is a possible synergy between developers and modders which can yield radically new and improved developments in the long term. You will note I used the word "possible". First, the possibilities must be created. Then the possibilities must be realised in practice. Nothing is certain until it is done in practice. But we will see. Sure, we all wish C3 could arrive faster but we must remain patient.
I was about 95% confident that the waiting would mean some reaction to the cannon crew question, we even voted it and yet - nothing.
Does the product work without computer glitches for single or multiplayer use?
All the rest is BS. Either people will purchase the game or they won't because of likes and dislikes in a cartoon game and what they expect from it. If I was the developer, this site would not have opened until about a month ago. The game has been talked up for too long a period of time. I think it was an error in marketing strategy.
Agreed. Too many marketing mistakes. The hype has subsided. Nomore real news. And it's been months since i signed the betatester application...
Thanks to all these stupid marketing decisions, the game is already dead even before beta...
