    General

    1. Fixed common “Access violation” errors that occurred on maps with AI and Peace Time option enabled.
    2. Fixed a bunch of small bugs that sometimes caused “Access violation” errors to occur.
    3. Ships have proper hitboxes now, around 33% less than before. Situations when shots were registered, despite the fact that cannonballs were actually missing ship’s model, won’t happen anymore.
    4. Explosions from destroyed ships will now deal significantly less damage and won’t cause a chain reaction in ship formations.
    5. Unfinished stone walls and palisades will now self-destruct if hostile units happen to approach them.
    6. Ships will now maintain their custom formation set by player even after movement. We’ve also tweaked their movement system and eliminated majority of ineffective maneuvers.
    7. Fixed a bug that caused sails to be displayed incorrectly.

    Multiplayer

    1. Multiplayer sessions will now continue even if the host quits or disconnects from the game. This feature is still being polished, some small annoyances may occur.
    2. Fixed rare cases of time desynchronizations between players.
    3. Session will now automatically start if the loading time for still loading players exceeds 4,5 minutes. It should be noted, that this time should be easily achievable even by a machine barely meeting minimum requirements of the game.
    4. Improved server performance, connectivity should be much more stable now.
    5. Balloons will now use a color scheme of the correct player.

    Selection frame “dragging” feature has been delayed due to need of additional testing.

    no, it is not true. The main guideline for us now is to go from criticals to desired. We are not going to leave any of the complains without attention, just follow the priorities. Balance is on it's way!)

    im one who finds balancing as the most important part of rts games needed that answer much, thank you.

    Ich did check the Kavalerie units. even the units with sword have a pika attack but not sword attack. for example Hussars, light riders etc. Is this wrong ? I think they must have sword attack.

    The archer units made in the diplomatic center are way too strong when it comes to attacking buildings, especially stone gates/walls/towers, the archers can destroy them with ease even if you have researched at the academy, its ridiculous how easy they do it when a grenadier or cannon takes ages, a stone wall or gate should take ages to destroy, that's the whole point.

    Hmm, how to believe in your declaration when players still can see lot of well known old C1 balance flaws?
    There are strangely represented nations, some OP units, weird squad sizes, starange units stats, economy order etc.
    Units stats and formations are easy to fix, these can be done even in few hours or days.

    This is simple math calculation, could be reserched even in MS excel, then implemented into C3 game.
    I guess game balance shoud get priority, becouse this make game play interesting or insane.

    Do this mean ships can create characteristic squad formations now?

    Hello, sometimes (almost always) it happend to me that I am not allowed build more (or new/ other) units in diplo.

    And I played initial resources: millions.

    I am holding "shift" + left mouse click = +5 dragoon, I made like 350 or 450 dragoon and i can't make more or new/ other units. The icons of units in Diplo are unclickable.

    I have spoken to Atem about this and he did say they are working on this. They are just trying to resolve game bugs first i.e game crashes etc that is hugely important! if you have half the gamers are unable to play due to crashes then its pointless having a game at all. I will get a post created and a thread pinned for all suggestions for balancing. This way its more constructive/ devs can see what "real" players think and will have the best knowledge on how to balance the game better.

    Huh-oh, feels familiar. Your gold hit the bottom (?) When battlin' I like outnumbering the A.I. foe 2 the breaking point, that I usually reach the pop cap at accelerated rate popping out diplo hussars (distraction dummies ghehe). For me, I prefer testing my valor on continuous matches. Hint-hint. (SEVENTEEN hours my longest; versus 3 very hard Back to War AI, holy brutal 17c musketeer raids have been... :D)

    I played initial resources: millions, so I should be able to make 1 000 Dragoon without problem,
    I had like 500 000 gold and I had 1500 units and I did not reach the limit 4000.
    The Diplo somehow stuck/ freeze and I can't make more or new/ other units in Diplo.

    Although K[o]K, production cost increases by every dragoon queued up in diplo (never put them indefinite build!!!). 1x 17thC Dragon can consume hefty value... 1/2/3/4/5x the gold. Definitely different the case here. Likelihood a bug or something, insufficient housing early game? Specify when it appears?

    Better be. Gents. Re-balance infantry properties for a good start!

    Hello,

    Do-you mean that the sails are displayed on the ground in some cases ? Or stuck on the ground ?

    With the previous patch (1.0.8.48.3947) when a ship was finish to be built, it was stuck on the ground near to the port. And i have seen an another case, when i had put some canons on a mountain near the sea, when i had done an attack against IA ship with canons, the IA tried to move the ships near to the canons which has resulted that the ship was stuck in the middle of ground.
